Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice and BLS certification.
• Experience in acute care nursing is preferred.
• Regular updates to clinical competencies and ongoing education are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and document nursing care according to policy and standards.
• Coordinate with the care team to develop realistic, patient-centered plans.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise other licensed staff as needed.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust plans with the team.
• Ensure accurate documentation of care and interventions.
