Job summary

AdventHealth is hiring a Registered Nurse in Tampa, FL for night shift (7p-7a). You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Requires RN license and BLS; 1+ year acute care experience preferred. The role offers a full-time schedule with benefits from day one, relocation and a $10K sign-on potential for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing
• BLS certification required
• Acute care hospital experience preferred (1+ year)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural and spiritual factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and adjust as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocol.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical and ancillary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure clear communication.
