Job summary

Temple University Health System, Inc. is seeking an RN for 6 East Med/Surg Pulmonary on a part-time night schedule (24 hours). The RN will assess, implement, and evaluate patient care under physician supervision, using the nursing process and collaborating with families and the health-care team.

Qualified candidates will have graduated from an accredited nursing program, be licensed in PA, and hold BLS certification. One year of clinical specialty experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• 1 year experience in area of clinical specialty preferred.
• PA RN license required.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, implements, and evaluates care for assigned patients under physician direction.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and health-care team to individualize care.
• Directs nursing support staff in line with standards and policies.
