Jefferson Health is seeking an experienced RN for Med/Surg Ortho Trauma at the Einstein Philadelphia campus to provide patient-centered care during night shifts. The nurse will use evidence-based practice and collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes.

The role requires specialized nursing education, strong communication, teaching, and discharge planning skills, with a focus on cultural sensitivity and safety in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma or higher nursing education required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care principles.
• Knowledge of culturally competent care and effective communication with diverse patient populations.
• Ability to convey information clearly to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Understanding of discharge planning and post-hospital care considerations.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process to meet patient needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
