Job summary

Prime Healthcare Mercy Medical Center in Aurora, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical Ortho Neuro department to deliver safe patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation during 7:00pm–7:30am night shifts.

Requires current State RN license, BLS, ACLS within 30 days, BSN preferred; sign-on bonus available up to $10,000; competitive Total Rewards package with PTO, 401K, and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Current and valid State RN License.
• BLS (AHA) required at hire and maintained.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient and family teaching and coordinate activities of nursing staff.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with the physician and document accurately.
