Job summary

Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, CO is seeking registered nurses for night shifts in the Medical Oncology Telemetry unit. You will assess, plan, implement and document patient care for a 44-bed unit with an average daily census around 38 patients.

After orientation, self-scheduling and weekend/night shift differentials are available. Banner Health offers incentives including relocation, tuition assistance up to $5,000 after six months, and certifications paid at 100%.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care/medical nursing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Formulate a plan of care including discharge planning.
• Coordinate and supervise care with the health care team.
• Communicate patient status and ensure comprehensive documentation.
• Support continuous quality improvement and professional development.
