Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice and BLS certification.
• Experience in acute care hospital setting is preferred.
• Ability to work night shift and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care.
• Implement nursing care per physician orders and policy.
• Document care and patient responses accurately in the chart.
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team for discharge planning and follow-up.
• Mentor and support less experienced staff as needed.
