Job summary

Aurora Oshkosh Medical Center’s 2 North Med/Surg unit is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care. The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program and an active RN license in Wisconsin.

This full-time night shift (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) with every third weekend and a block schedule emphasizes collaboration, evidence-based practice, and professional development, including BSN and certifications, with opportunities to float across Med/Surg units.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where you practice (Wisconsin).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the care continuum.
