Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health’s Aurora Oshkosh Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med/Surg 2 North (Surgical/Neuro). The role emphasizes patient-centered care, teamwork, and evidence-based practice within a supported, collaborative culture.

You will provide comprehensive nursing care, participate in shared decision-making, and rotate across Med/Surg units as needed while maintaining a focus on patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where you practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association).
• ACLS certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
