Job summary

St. Joseph's Health in Paterson, NJ, is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) in Med/Surg/S3. The RN will utilize the Nursing Process to plan, implement, and evaluate care within their scope of practice and support the department's goals.

Responsibilities include collaboration with the care team to deliver high-quality patient care, assess and monitor patients, and ensure compliance with BLS, ACLS, and PALS requirements per American Heart Association standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN license NJ required.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the Nursing Process.
• Collaborate with the department to meet patient care goals.
• Monitor and document patient status and respond to changes.
