Qualifications

• Current state RN license and degree from accredited nursing school.
• Associate's degree in nursing is required; KY licensure or compact license.
• BLS/ACLS within 1 month of hire; PALS within 1 month of hire; TNCC within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care interventions including medication administration and other clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care provided.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition to care team and family.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Coordinate care across disciplines and coordinate transfers and discharges.
• Provide patient/family education appropriate to age and condition.
