CoxHealth’s Branson Step Down/Progressive Care Unit is hiring for a night shift, delivering high-acuity patient care with a 1:4–5 nurse-to-patient ratio. The role emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and a strong nursing process to ensure optimal outcomes.

Candidates must have an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred and Missouri RN licensure. BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Education Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing. Must obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within three years.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess patient needs, plan and evaluate care.
• Provides direct and indirect care to patients and leads the patient care team toward goals.
