Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, OH is seeking an RN Administrative Supervisor for a part-time night shift to support nursing units and coordinate patient care. You will work with the management team to organize, direct and optimize activities during your tour of duty.

The role requires a BSN with an Ohio RN license and 4–5 years of hospital management experience, plus strong leadership and communication skills. This is a mission-driven role within the Trinity Health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing with current Ohio RN license.
• Minimum of four to five years of hospital clinical experience with Care Manager/Charge Nurse or equivalent management exposure.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, direction and supervision of staff during assigned shift.
• Coordinate resources to ensure effective patient care and smooth patient flow.
• Educate staff on policy changes and new technologies; support ongoing training.
• Monitor resources and performance to uphold quality and regulatory standards.
• Foster clear internal and external communication and uphold service excellence.
