Job summary

Trinity Health, Mount Carmel system, is seeking an RN Administrative Supervisor for the 12-hour night shift. You will oversee nursing unit activities, coordinate staff and resources, and ensure adherence to policies while supporting optimal patient care.

The role requires a registered nurse with Ohio licensure and 4–5 years of hospital leadership experience, plus strong communication and team facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing. BSN strongly desired.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio.
• Minimum 4–5 years of hospital experience with Care Manager/Charge Nurse or other management role.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, direction, and supervision of staff on assigned shift.
• Ensure appropriate resources to support patient care and expedite patient flow.
• Educate employees on organizational policy and new technologies.
• Monitor resource utilization and maintain staffing levels.
• Foster communication channels among stakeholders for effective intra- and inter-department coordination.
• Strive for high patient, staff, and physician satisfaction and service excellence.
