Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA) preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license (or multistate license where applicable).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessments, education, and various nursing interventions.
