Adams Lane Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Zanesville, OH is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a short-term/long-term care setting. The role offers two 12-hour night shifts weekly (7pm–7am) with every-other-weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Ohio LPN or RN license.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor resident health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform assessments including vital signs and history evaluations.
• Educate residents and families on health management.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Document progress in electronic health records.
