Bradford Health Services in Louisville, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse for night shifts to provide comprehensive nursing care across settings.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the United States.
• Completed accredited nursing program (AA or BSN).
• BLS certification throughout employment.
• Proven experience in direct patient care and medical/surgical nursing.
• Strong knowledge of patient advocacy and nursing care standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and wound care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Utilize telemetry monitoring to observe cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to abnormalities.
• Advocate for patients’ rights, ensuring comfort, dignity and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Deliver specialized nursing care to diverse patient populations, including pediatric patients.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain regulatory compliance.
