Job summary

Heritage Care Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. You will provide quality nursing care, support resident well-being, and work with a team committed to compassionate service.

The role features a 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM shift with holiday rotation and shift/weekend differentials. We offer education assistance, loan reimbursement, commuter mileage, and a comprehensive benefits package for 24+ hours per week.

Qualifications

Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, physician orders, and facility policies.
Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, providers, and team members.
Respond to resident needs and changes in condition.
Support a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive resident outcomes.
