Heritage Care Center in Kentucky is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Provide nursing care, follow resident care plans, and support resident well-being.

We offer full-time hourly positions with 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM shifts, holiday rotation, shift differential, tuition assistance, commuter mileage, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, physician orders, and facility policies.
