Job summary

Unger Park Post Acute in Bucyrus, OH is seeking an energetic RN or LPN to join our 6 PM–6 AM night shift, full-time. The Treatment Nurse provides prescribed care, administers medications, and supports the care plans with compassion.

Requirements include a nursing degree, current license (RN or LPN), CPR, and at least two years in long-term care. We offer competitive pay with shift differential and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years or more experience in a long-term care facility.
• Current RN or LPN license and CPR certification.
• Ability to read and implement physician orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Observe wounds and skin conditions and report changes to physicians.
• Keep accurate nursing notes reflecting care and resident response.
• Assist in updating care plans and communicating with physicians and family.
