• Unrestricted RN/LPN license required.
• Plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care and health education for residents.
• Supervise CNAs and other staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Coordinate nursing care on the unit and ensure staff competency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the care/services provided by CNAs and other staff.
• Coordinate the nursing care of residents on the unit, assuring staff can provide appropriate care.
• Provide safe and accurate medication related interventions to residents.
• Accurately transcribe and coordinate implementation of physician orders.
• Perform nursing assessments and report changes to the physician.
• Develop and implement plans of care based on assessments.
• Institute nursing interventions to stabilize residents and prevent complications.
