Job summary
Stonebridge Nursing and Rehabilitation in Benton, IL is seeking compassionate registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) for full-time night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM). Competitive pay: RN $32.00-$34.00/hr, LPN $28.00-$30.00/hr, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and shift differentials for nights and weekends.
Nurses will provide direct care, administer medications, document clinically, supervise CNAs, and collaborate with the care team while maintaining safety and regulatory
Qualifications
- Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Dependable and team-oriented; excellent communication.
- Compassionate and resident-focused; LTC experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Supervise and support CNAs.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety.
- Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal requirements.
