Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Pine River, MN facility. The RN will provide individualized nursing care, collaborate with residents and families, and work with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.

This full-time night-shift role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, health/dental/vision insurance, and strong benefits to support work-life balance. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, e.g., CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practice occurs.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the full scope of practice using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Plan, implement and evaluate resident care with appropriate delegation.
• Support charge nurse responsibilities and ensure safe, reliable patient care.
