Good Samaritan in Pine River, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents using the nursing process. The role emphasizes collaboration with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care, including prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.

The position offers a 12-hour night shift schedule (Fri, Sat, Sun 6pm–6am), full-time hours, competitive benefits, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
• Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment and education.
• Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff.
• Comply with the Nurse Practice Act and related ethics and standards.
