The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan's Pine River facility provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process and collaborates with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

The role may include charge nurse duties and delegation to licensed and unlicensed staff, while upholding the Nurse Practice Act and standards. New graduates are welcome and an unencumbered RN license is required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practice occurs, with multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

• Uses nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized care.
• Coordinates care with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
