Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversee daily unit operations and care delivery.
• Coordinate and monitor patient care to ensure patient safety.
• Oversee staffing and ensure staffing matrix adherence per shift.
• Maintain documentation and regulatory readiness, including unit charges and QA.
• Collaborate with educators and managers for orientation and staff development.
• Foster teamwork and efficient use of resources while reducing costs.
