Eagle Point Nursing & Rehabilitation in Clinton, IA is seeking a compassionate 3rd shift RN or LPN to join our friendly, team‑oriented long‑term care facility. You’ll assess residents, develop care plans, and lead nursing assistants while delivering high‑quality, person‑centered care.

We offer competitive wages with a $1.50 shift differential, full‑time schedules from 10pm to 6am, and strong support from leadership, ongoing education, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN or LPN license or transferable license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Positive attitude, empathy, and leadership by example.
• Strong assessment, time-management, and communication skills.
• Passion for working with older adults.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate resident needs and assist in developing nursing care plans.
• Communicate with families about resident condition and progress.
• Direct day-to-day nursing assistants and coordinate services.
• Maintain relations with other department supervisors to ensure uninterrupted nursing care.
• Lead nursing staff on your unit/shift and manage shift reports.
• Arrange for diagnostic and therapeutic services as ordered by the physician.
• Implement nursing objectives and standards.
