Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification from the State of Iowa.
- Ability to maintain safety and confidentiality.
- Document changes in residents’ status and needs.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
- Support resident independence with daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, and mobility.
- Encourage socialization and participate in activities as requested.
- Adhere to safety protocols around equipment, chemicals, and utensils.
