Aventura at Assumption Village in North Lima, OH is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality resident care, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate medical and personal needs in a supportive environment.

We offer FT night shifts with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay of $35–$38 per hour based on experience, plus shift differentials, daily pay option, 401(k) with employer match, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and ample opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other health professionals.
