Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team on a 7p-7a shift, with every other weekend requirements. The role deploys the Nursing Process to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care aligned with the medical plan of care and SRH policies.

You will act as charge/lead nurse, coordinate care with the health team, participate in data collection and process improvement, educate patients and families, and support the Clinical Ladder program.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• ADN degree.
• BLS certified.

Responsibilities

• Functions as charge/lead nurse and coordinates care with other professionals.
• Participates in unit/organizational data collection and process improvement.
• Delivers nursing care per the medical plan of care and SRH policies.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and self-care.
