Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an RN in South Carolina.
• ADN degree required or equivalent.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process (Assess, Plan, N Nursing Diagnosis, Implement and Evaluate) to provide professional nursing care per the medical plan of care.
• Coordinate care as charge/lead nurse and delegate to other professionals and staff as needed.
• Participate in unit/organizational data collection, analysis and process improvement initiatives.
