Job summary

The Orchards Facilities in Alliance, OH, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. The RN will provide and supervise nursing care for residents, ensuring safety, dignity, and high-quality outcomes in a caring, abuse-free environment.

Responsibilities include assessing residents, administering medications, supervising LPNs and aides, coordinating with physicians and families, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in ongoing education and required

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in WV, OH or compact license.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• IV certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and recognize significant changes in condition.
• Oversee care provided by LPNs, nursing assistants, and restorative aides.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate resident care with physicians, nursing staff, ancillary departments, home care providers, and families.
• Complete and verify monthly physician orders.
• Provide and receive shift reports regarding resident status and changes in condition.
