Volunteers of America’s Valley Manor Care Center in Montrose, CO is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shift (10pm–6am). Pay ranges $39.00–$46.50/hour plus a $2.25/hour evening/night differential. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, HSA, FSA, 403(b), paid leave, and more.

Requires CO RN license and CPR; experience in long-term care preferred. Join a team focused on compassionate resident care, leadership on the unit, and collaboration with the DON and interdisciplinary staff.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in the state of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides leadership and direction on the assigned unit and ensures shift coverage.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments as ordered.
• Performs nursing assessments and documents the care plan according to policy.
• Communicates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff to maintain quality care.
