Job summary
Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a registered nurse to join our team. This role includes night shifts (Sunday-Thursday, 11p-7a) with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and Daily Pay option.
The RN will uphold nursing standards, coordinate care plans, monitor medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to meet resident needs in Tennessee. The successful candidate will be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold TN RN licensure, and demonstrate leadership and
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- MS/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
- Licensed to practice in TN.
- Nursing experience with clinical competence and leadership.
- Understanding of aging process.
- Self-direction in delegated areas.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining standards of practice.
- Perform skills per guidelines and procedures.
- Participate in interdisciplinary committees.
- Document admissions and transfers per guidelines.
- Coordinate nursing shifts and assign duties.
- Manage medication administration and reporting.
- Develop and update care plans for residents.
- Communicate with physicians and families as required.
- Ensure stock of medications and supplies is adequate.
- Adhere to Nurse Practice Act and regulations.
