Job summary

Qualifications

• All RN without a Bachelor's degree must enroll in an approved RN to BSN program within two years and complete within five years.
• AHA BLS HCP Certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for incompatibilities/interactions.
• Deliver and document direct, age-specific care based on medical orders and an integrated plan of care.
• Provide direction, education, and assume leadership responsibilities at the unit level.
• Follow physician/licensed independent provider orders and comply with nursing regulations and JCAHO standards.
