Job summary

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Labor and Delivery in Cherry Valley, Massachusetts. This role covers night shifts as ongoing staff employment, with up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus based on eligibility.

The RN will provide direct clinical care, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes within the hospital’s standards. The ideal candidate will be licensed, CPR-certified, and have a nursing education from a state-approved program; a BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold current nursing license and CPR certification.
• Graduate of state-approved nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Night shift experience in labor and delivery is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care per shift.
• Supervise nursing staff and delegate appropriate tasks.
• Coordinate patient care within the medical plan and hospital policies.
• Respond to emergencies and follow Hospital incident command procedures.
