Job summary

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum in Fayville, Massachusetts. This night shift role involves direct clinical patient care and collaboration with a dynamic obstetrics team.

The RN will assess, plan, and deliver nursing care per shift, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality, safe care while adhering to hospital standards and codes. A state-licensed RN with CPR is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state of practice.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience in Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical patient care per shift.
• Supervise staff and coordinate patient care.
• Support CNO to ensure high-quality, safe nursing care and resource management.
• Perform and fulfill all hospital incident command responsibilities during emergencies.
• Know hospital emergency codes and adhere to policies during each code.
• Perform related duties as required.
