Job summary

Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin IL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery to join our Family Birthing Center. This full-time night shift provides care for moms and newborns across labor, antepartum, and recovery settings.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.

Responsibilities

As a skilled RN, you will coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and communication to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
