Qualifications

• Associate degree or nursing diploma; Bachelors (BSN) preferred.
• Current RN license in Georgia or multi-state license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required at hire or within specified period.
• Evidence-based practice and patient-centered care emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Perform Nursing Process with assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation using evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care with attention to cultural diversity and individualized planning.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality of care.
• Engage in performance improvement and shared governance activities.
• Support care management and documentation across the care continuum.
