Job summary

Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Georgia is seeking a registered nurse for Labor & Delivery, full-time night shift 7pm–7am. You will provide evidence-based nursing care, assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support new mothers and newborns.

Requirements include an Associate or Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred), RN licensure, ACLS/BLS, and at least 5 years of direct patient care.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• RN license valid in Georgia.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice.
• Provides patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Partners with patients and families through bedside shift reports and rounds.
