Job summary

Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, VA, is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Labor and Delivery Unit and circulate OBED. This full-time position offers a 5-shift per two-week schedule (3x12-hour shifts the first week, 2x12-hour shifts the second week), with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school; ADN must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
• 1 year RN experience in critical care units or CC fellowship.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required at start; ACLS within 6 months; PALS within 6 months for pediatric units; chemo card within 3 months for infusion units.
• Licensed or eligible for Virginia RN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate care and coordinate patient care.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Deliver patient/family-centered care in a holistic manner.
• Coordinate care across disciplines and document patient care activities.
