Job summary

Cross Country Search in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a full-time night shift in a high-acuity maternity unit. You will provide compassionate care to laboring patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support safe maternal and newborn outcomes.

This role offers a $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates and relocation assistance. A Washington RN license, BLS, and NRP are required, with preferred prior Labor & Delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Washington RN license upon hire.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) upon hire.
• NRP certification upon hire and at least one year of RN experience.
• Preferred: One year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to laboring patients.
• Manage routine and high-risk deliveries.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support safe maternal and newborn outcomes.
