Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Idaho is seeking a part-time RN for night shifts to provide hands-on patient care, collaborate with the care team, and promote holistic well-being. You will educate patients, document care, and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.

The role may require floating to the Saint Alphonsus Boise and Nampa campuses. Must hold Idaho RN license; Oregon licensure within six months; BLS/HCP, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and EFM certifications as defined by policy.

Qualifications

• Must hold Idaho RN license prior to hire.
• Must obtain Oregon licensure or proof of application within six months of hire.
• BLS/HCP certification required at hire in all units.
• ACLS and NRP certifications required within 6 months of hire.
• STABLE certification required within one year of hire.
• EFM certification required or obtained within 1 year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the Organization's Mission, Vision, and Values in daily care decisions.
• Care for diverse age groups (Neonate to Geriatric) as applicable.
• Document services and supplies accurately; manage revenue.
• Complies with hospital safety policies and procedures.
• Perform comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments.
• Educate patients based on assessed needs and preferences.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate a care plan.
