Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Nampa, Idaho, seeks a full-time Labor & Delivery RN for the Birkeland Maternity Center. The role covers Labor & Delivery and postpartum care, with a 12-hour night shift. Eligible for sign-on incentives and relocation assistance for qualifying candidates.

The unit handles about 100 deliveries monthly, with 20 private LDRP suites, 2 ORs, and 4 NICU beds (Level II). Applicants must hold Idaho RN license, BLS/HCP, ACLS and NRP within 6 months, and PALS/STABLE/NCC-EFM

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license in Idaho.
• Oregon RN license proof or license within 90 days of hire.
• AHA BLS/HealthCare Provider certification required.
• ACLS and NRP required or obtained within six months of hire.
• PALS, STABLE and NCC-EFM certifications required or obtained within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide Labor & Delivery and postpartum care.
• Work three 12-hour night shifts per week (7pm–7am).
• Collaborate with Boise and Nampa Family Maternity Units as needed.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based obstetric care.
