Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited BSN program with RN licensure in Georgia.
• BLS certification; ACLS may be required for certain departments.
• Compact/multistate license may be required within 60 days of hire.
• LPNs transitioning to RN or those in ADN-to-BSN programs must meet department requirements.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, independent nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and updates care plans.
• Documents care accurately in electronic and physical records.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and educates patients/families.
• Demonstrates leadership duties when assigned, including supervision tasks.
