Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on a night shift. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans, coordinate patient education, and ensure high standards of nursing practice.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, adherence to licensure and safety standards, and providing compassionate, patient-centered care during the 7p-7a shift.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN must be obtained within four years for RNs with <12 months experience.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients and gather information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan and develop individualized care plans with patient, family and team involvement.
• Direct the care team, delegate tasks, and coordinate care within the plan.
• Evaluate outcomes and revise care plans as needed.
• Maintain documentation and uphold professional standards and ethics.
