Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Texas or a compact state.
• BCLS certification required.
• ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in Labor and Delivery using the nursing process.
• Administer medications, monitor for side effects, and document care.
• Assist physicians during procedures and participate in care planning.
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Monitor and care for newborns and mothers post-delivery.
