Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital in Connecticut seeks a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive obstetric nursing care in a high- and low-risk setting. You will support antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum patients, coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team.

The role requires RN licensure in CT, BSN preferred, and BLS certification, with a 36-hour night shift and rotating weekends/holidays. Saint Francis is part of Trinity Health and offers strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.
• Certification: BLS (AHA/ARC).
• Preferred experience in Acute Care, Maternity or Labor & Delivery nursing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care for obstetric patients per established standards.
• Coordinate care during antepartum, intrapartum and immediate postpartum phases.
