Job summary

Oregon Health & Science University is seeking registered nurses for its Labor & Delivery Unit in Portland. The role focuses on intrapartum, antepartum and neonatal care, with 24x7 provider coverage and multidisciplinary collaboration. Night shift only, with no day/night rotations.

Qualifications

• NRP certification required at hire.
• BSN from CCNE/ACEN/CNEA accredited program, 30 days before start date (for BSN).
• ADN from accredited program, 30 days before start date.
• Oregon RN license valid at start date.
• BLS from American Heart Association required; orientation period.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide intrapartum, antepartum and newborn care per acuity and patient type.
• Staff to AWHONN standards with 24x7 provider coverage.
• Support Maternal Cardiac and fetal surgery programs as part of care delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in governance.
