Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital Muskogee, Inc. in Muskogee, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse I for the Labor & Delivery unit on the night shift. The role requires 1–2 years of L&D experience to qualify for the $15,000 bonus and involves working 7p–7a.

In addition to patient care, the RN I will document nursing processes, coordinate with the team, and support discharge planning and patient education as part of a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Has completed the basic professional curricula of a school of nursing and holds a diploma or degree.
• Valid multi-state or Oklahoma RN license.
• 0–6 months related nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to care for patients and documents steps.
• Addresses patient needs and coordinates discharge planning with referrals and education.
• Collaborates with other disciplines to meet unit goals.
• Participates in PI and educational activities as required.
